Spritory is a composition-based framework for game art that lets developers build sprites and visual effects from simple shapes like blobs, capsules, and boxes. You define your art style and palette once as a profile, then every asset automatically compiles through those rules, keeping everything visually consistent.

The system separates what an asset looks like from what it is, so you can focus on composition while shading, outlines, and highlights are handled automatically. You can make variations of assets, animate between poses, and create effects that all use your game's palette without manual color matching.

Spritory connects to AI agents through MCP, allowing them to build assets in your style. It exports to standard formats for any game engine, including Godot and Unity.

Do I need to know how to draw?

No. You build sprites from simple shapes and choose colors and textures. Shading, outlines and highlights are handled automatically, though you can still adjust them.

How is Spritory different from an AI image generator?

Spritory is deterministic - the same asset always comes out exactly the same with no rerolling, drift between assets, or animation flicker.

Can I match art my game already has?

Yes. You can build a palette from an image of your existing art or import one from Lospec, and every new asset uses those colors.

Does it work with Unity and Godot?

Yes. Spritory has ready exports for both, plus transparent PNGs, sprite sheets with data files, and animated GIFs.

Can I use exported assets in a commercial game?

Yes. Assets you export are royalty-free for commercial use with no attribution required, and every zip includes a license file.
