How is Rezup different from Stripe's cancellation reasons?

Stripe offers a reason from a short list if the customer chooses one. Rezup asks after cancellation by email and lets customers answer in their own words by voice or text. Every answer is transcribed, translated and grouped into reasons ranked by the MRR lost.

What can Rezup see in my Stripe account?

Rezup uses a restricted, read-only key with four permissions: events, subscriptions, customers and products. It reads cancellations and downgrades, the customer's name and email, their plan and how much they paid. It cannot charge, refund or change anything.

When does the customer get the feedback email?

You choose from 5 minutes to 24 hours after cancellation, with 30 minutes as the default. The email comes from your company name and can be in the customer's language from Stripe. If they don't answer, one reminder goes out 3 days later and can be turned off.

Which languages are supported?

Customers can record feedback in 120+ languages. Every response is automatically translated into your choice of 60+ languages for you to read.

Is customer data safe and private?

Recordings are transcribed on Rezup's own servers in Germany and never used to train AI models. Translation and AI analysis use Google's Gemini model only on the transcript text; the audio is never sent. Customers can delete any response at any time.
