- When a host fails mid-rental, Petabyte attempts to move your machine to another node at the same address and restore from the most recent snapshot. If recovery is not possible, you are refunded as described in the Refunds & Disputes Policy.

- You are responsible for complying with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law, including any licenses for software or applications you deploy. Petabyte supports container images and custom code via API.
- How can I connect my own GPU hardware to Petabyte?
- You can set up your hardware using the seller agent and verification flow, and host it on the marketplace to earn rental fees when other users deploy workloads on your GPUs.
