Do I have to change my email or calendar?

No. Edwin connects to the mailboxes and calendars you already use, up to 5 of them depending on the plan (1, 2 or 5), and works inside them. You keep your address, your calendar and your habits.

Is Edwin only for tradespeople?

No. Edwin is for anyone who works for themselves or runs a small business: tradespeople, hairdressers and beauty salons, event and wedding planners, consultants, lawyers and accountants, coaches, freelancers, shops and restaurants.

What is Edwin credit?

Edwin credit is an amount that you top up in the app, in any amount you like, in a single payment. Each month, Edwin uses your plan's volume first and only draws on your credit once that volume has run out. Credit stays valid for 12 months from purchase and is non-refundable.

What does the 7-day trial include?

A limited version of Edwin: one mailbox, one calendar and your contacts, sorting of your emails, one briefing a day, drafted replies to your emails, written and spoken exchanges with Edwin in the app, listening to one meeting with a summary and a PDF quote, the e-commerce shop and the customer chat. The trial asks for no credit card and does not include the Edwin number and calls, or WhatsApp.

Can Edwin answer my phone?

Yes, in the countries where phone answering is available ( see what is included in your country ). Edwin answers your calls by phone and/or WhatsApp when you're busy, in an appointment or in a meeting. He takes the message, books a slot in your calendar and sends you the summary. He can also remind your clients of their appointments and send your quotes.
