- Nothing happens if it is a one-off overage. If you regularly exceed 30,000 conversations per month, Mastech will reach out to move you to enterprise pricing so you remain fully covered.
- How does the bot learn your store's data?
- You send Mastech your product catalog, store policies, FAQs and other information customers typically ask about as a text file. Mastech trains the bot on that data and calibrates it to your brand tone.
- What happens when the bot cannot answer something?
- The bot responds saying it cannot answer that and offers to connect the customer to support. If the customer agrees, the bot sends them to the email, WhatsApp or other contact channel you set up in your store's data.
- Does the bot work in other languages?
- Yes. The bot can hold full conversations in any language customers write in and replies in that same language automatically with no setup or configuration needed.
- What is the refund policy?
