FAQ

Will KeptRing mess up my existing calls?

No. Your phone still rings first. KeptRing only answers calls you don't pick up. Your business number, Google listing, and call forwarding settings stay the same.

How long does setup take?

About 30 minutes total. You call a ready-made script for your trade and add business details in a short form, answer state questions, and turn on call forwarding with guidance. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

Why do you need a card at signup if the trial is free?

So your line doesn't stop working after the trial ends. Nothing is charged during the 14-day free trial. If we can't get you live within 30 days, we cancel and you're never charged.

Does KeptRing lower what Google charges per lead?

No. Google decides what's a chargeable lead. KeptRing answers the calls you're already paying for so they become booked jobs instead of voicemails.

Can KeptRing transfer calls to me or ring my phone?

Not today. KeptRing can't transfer calls or ring your on-call phone. Urgent calls are marked urgent in the lead email so you can set your phone to alert you for those emails.
