- No. Hatchium passes through Meta's official per-message rates at cost with zero markup. Many competitors add 10-20% markup that only appears on invoices.
- Is there a monthly message limit?
- Yes. Each plan includes a monthly allowance: Starter 10,000 messages, Growth 50,000 messages, Business 200,000 messages. Web chat messages do not count. Sending pauses at the limit until the allowance resets on your billing date or you upgrade.
- Can I add AI chatbot to a Starter plan?
- Starter does not include the AI chatbot by default. You can add the AI Chatbot add-on for $25/mo for 5,000 AI credits. Growth already includes the AI chatbot with AI credits bought separately, and Business includes 10,000 AI credits at no extra cost.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual billing gives you a 20% discount on the monthly platform fee. You pay for 12 months upfront. Message credits still refresh monthly.
- How are messages charged?
- Plan prices cover the platform (inbox, features, support). WhatsApp messages are charged separately at Meta's official per-message rate for the destination country, passed through with zero markup. For Germany numbers: Marketing $0.1365, Utility $0.0550, Authentication $0.0550 per message.
