Will it say something wrong?

Corner is built to answer only from your website, files, help articles and the answers you teach it. When your content doesn't provide an answer, it tells the visitor and offers to take their details or bring in your team. All answers show the pages they used, so visitors can verify the information.

Do I need to know code?

No coding skills are needed. You paste one line into your website, and there are step-by-step guides for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace and Webflow. You can also send the line to your web person from the dashboard.

What counts toward my monthly limit?

Only AI-answered chats count toward your limit. One AI conversation is one visitor chat with up to 10 AI answers. Your team's replies never count, and live chat has no limit on any plan.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. A yearly plan costs the same as ten months, so you get two months free. You can choose yearly pricing at the top of the pricing page.

Can I reply to visitors myself?

Yes. Every chat is in your inbox. Take over at any time and hand the chat back to the assistant when you're done. The dashboard also works in your phone's browser.
