How do reviews, comments and influence work?

Write and reply to reviews
Sign in with a confirmed email and you can review other makers' products. You need a live listing of your own to get started. Write at least 80 characters and hit publish—your review goes live straight away. You can only review a product once, and you can't review your own.
If you own a listing, you get one public reply per review. Edit or delete it whenever you want. The reviewer gets notified the first time you reply.
App reviews in one list
In-depth reviews of the apps and tools here are listed at /reviews ("App reviews" in the footer, once one exists). They are Product reviews only, each commissioned by the app's maker and marked as such; the maker cannot edit them. What other founders wrote stays on each app's reviews page. There is no ranking there.
Comment and report
Comment on any launch if you're signed in with a confirmed email. Reply to other comments and build the conversation.
Spotted something off? Report a listing, review, reply or comment using the Report link. When 3 people report a review or comment, it hides until our team checks it. Listings go straight to the team and stay visible.
Follow and share
Hit Follow on a company, product or founder and get updates in your notices. Head to /account/notifications to pick how and how often you hear from them. Companies can post updates that show on their listing and at /updates.
Share any launch on X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, Threads, WhatsApp or email. Use the ready-to-paste text on the share page or copy the link.
Earn influence
Participate and you earn influence: write reviews, comment, get votes on your own launch, sign in daily. You can't buy it. Higher influence makes your vote count for more. Check your level at /account/influence.
Questions people ask
- Can I review my own product?
- No. You need a live listing to review, but you cannot review your own product. You can review each product once.
- What happens when someone reports my review or comment?
- If 3 different people report it, it hides while our team looks at it. Listings reported go straight to our team and stay visible.
- How do I get influence?
- Earn it by writing reviews and comments, getting votes on your launch, and signing in regularly. Influence cannot be bought.
- Where can I read the app reviews?
- On /reviews: maker-commissioned Product reviews only, newest first.
