How it started
Zinn Digital® is Neil Lock's company. The platform he is building for it lives at zinndigital.com. Neil got into technology as a child, on the computer systems of the family farm, the Commodore 64 and the ZX Spectrum, and he made it his profession at about twenty. His more than 25 years of building software, search and hosting come together with his AI work in one product, Zinn Digital®.
The idea
What Zinn Digital® offers is AI-first hosting and SEO from one platform. Domains, SEO tools and a services marketplace sit in the same dashboard as the hosting, which customers use in their own language and currency.
What he is building
SEOs get Footprint-Free Hosting; Mainstream Hosting covers managed WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, static and Node sites. Zinn Digital® is the operator, not a reseller: it builds, tunes and owns the infrastructure end to end. Isolation comes first: every site has its own kernel-level cage, with a proactive firewall and malware scanning on watch. Speed comes from a LiteSpeed full-page cache, a per-site Redis object cache and the CDN edge, coordinated by smart auto-purge. Neil built the 24/7 AI support agent, and it has real functions. Developers get a spec-first API, generated SDKs, a CLI, a Terraform provider, signed webhooks and an MCP server. Agencies and resellers can host under their own brand.
