About Tandri
Tandri is a project memory and workflow system that lets you save your work in files you control, then continue in a new chat or compatible AI tool without starting over. It includes a Council feature that uses separate AI reviewers to challenge assumptions and find problems, and a Judge that weighs their findings and recommends next steps.
Instead of losing context when you switch chats, you save your profile, projects, history and workflow settings as files. The next chat reads what you have chosen to save and picks up where you left off. The system works with any compatible AI tool—Codex, Claude Cowork and others—so you can switch between them while keeping your work intact.
Tandri includes a repeatable workflow: explain what you need, create with AI, ask the Council to review and challenge the work, save before you leave, and pick up where you left off in the next chat. The free version includes project memory, Council and Judge review, tutorials and health checks. Optional specialist packs and integrations are available separately.

- Does Tandri remember automatically?
- You ask Tandri to save the work as you go. It keeps your profile and each project's saved decisions, reviews, dated notes and next steps alongside your work. A new chat must read the relevant files.
- Can I move between AI tools?
- That is the goal: the same saved work with your choice of AI. Codex and Claude Cowork have passed handoff checks in the Mac prototype; the customer-ready setup is still being prepared. Use the same Tandri folder and ask the next AI to read the relevant files.
- Do I need to be a developer to use Tandri?
- You need to open a local folder in Codex and follow the setup prompts. The optional tiny website exercise teaches the workflow; you do not need to build a real website first.
- What is free and what costs extra?
- The general Tandri system is free, including Council and Judge. Optional specialist packs will have separate offers when ready. Your AI subscription and any optional services are separate.
- What happens to my files?
- They stay in your working folder. Share only what your task needs. Anything your AI reads is handled under that provider's data practices.
