Free Taglish guides, templates and a rate calculator for freelancing in the Philippines
PinoyFreelance.PH is a free resource site that explains freelancing in the Philippines in Taglish, from BIR registration and finding clients to setting rates and receiving payments. It serves Filipino freelancers at every stage and also local and international businesses that want to hire them. The public pages present a clear, well-organised offer with no paywall, practical templates and an openly disclosed connection to the Zinn Hub marketplace, making it a strong starting point for Pinoy freelancers.
Key takeaways
- Every guide, tool and template on the site is free, with no paywall, no hidden fees and no registration required.
- Content is written in Taglish and built around local realities such as BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, GCash and Maya rather than generic Western advice.
- Six content hubs follow the path of a freelance career, plus a dedicated hub for buyers hiring Filipino freelancers.
- Free tools include a rate calculator in PHP and USD and contract, proposal and invoice templates.
- The site openly states its commercial connection to Zinn Hub, and the maker says founder Norman Galanza is a Zinn Hub Ambassador and freelancer on the platform.
- The article library is still growing, with the home page noting that more articles are on the way.
