Jewels Retouch

FAQ

What is included in the free trial?

The free trial includes 3 free watermark-free previews and 1 HD download. No credit card is required. This is a one-time offer that does not renew, and the free trial is for photos only; video requires paid credits.

How much do video campaigns cost?

Video campaigns cost 2 credits per 5 seconds when generated from your own uploaded photos, or 3 credits per 5 seconds when generated from a reference video. You choose the video length, frame and sound, and review the credit cost before generation.

Can I get a refund or credit back if I'm not satisfied with a result?

For eligible credit-paid standard photos rated 1–3 stars, you can choose one free retry credit or get 1 credit back. One remedy is available per result, and account-lifetime limits apply. Duplicate charges caused by a billing-system error qualify for a cash refund within the applicable period described in the Refund Policy.

Who do you serve?

Jewels Retouch serves jewelry manufacturers, wholesalers, exporters, brands, retailers, independent makers, photographers, and retouchers preparing collection images, buyer selections, product listings, and campaign media.

How does the preview system work?

Start with 3 free previews + 1 HD download. Purchased packs include first previews within your available allowance. A standard-photo HD unlock uses 1 credit. An additional version uses 1 credit after the source is unlocked, or 2 credits total when editing a still-unpaid first preview.
