About Doozy

Screenshot of the Doozy homepage
The Doozy homepage

Doozy is an AI coworker that integrates directly into Slack to handle real work for support teams, operations, sales, and engineering. Users mention @Doozy in a thread with a task, and it completes work in their existing tools—pulling data from Stripe and Intercom, writing sheets, opening pull requests, logging CRM entries, and more.

The system runs each job on an isolated machine with fresh credentials, keeping passwords and API keys secure outside the execution environment. It learns from completed work, remembering procedures and customer information to make subsequent requests faster. Features include scheduled tasks that run automatically, detailed audit logs of all actions, and granular control over which tools can make changes.

Doozy is available on a per-workspace pricing model, starting with 14 days free. Plans are priced by the number of active users rather than per-seat, meaning the cost stays the same whether two people or the entire company uses it.

FAQ

Can Doozy see our passwords and API keys?
No. Every request runs in its own sandbox, and your Slack, GitHub and connector keys stay outside it: they're added to each call on its way out. A secret goes in only when Doozy asks for it by name and says why.
Can it change things without asking?
It works like a teammate, so it doesn't stop to ask. You decide what it can reach: tools that delete or overwrite start switched off, and you can switch off any other. On GitHub it opens pull requests but can't merge them or push to your main branch.
What counts as a request, and how many do we get?
A request is anything you ask in a thread. A quick question and a twenty-minute research task both count as one. Over a working month that's around 10 a day on Starter, 40 a day on Pro, 140 a day on Team on Doozy's AI, and several times that on your own AI key.
Which plan do we need?
Count the people who would ask Doozy most days: 1 to 3 people is Starter, up to 10 people is Pro, up to 30 people is Team. Everyone in your Slack can ask on any plan.
Which AI does it use?
Doozy's AI, included in every plan and chosen for this kind of work. If your company prefers a particular model, any paid plan can bring its own key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or DeepSeek.
