About DermInk

DermInk is an AI-powered tattoo design tool that helps people plan tattoos by creating custom concepts from text descriptions or reference images. Users can choose from over 20 tattoo styles including Fine Line, Blackwork, Japanese, Realism, and Watercolor, and generate multiple design variations for comparison. The tool supports various output resolutions (1K, 2K, 4K) and aspect ratios, with users able to generate up to four images at once. New accounts receive 30 free credits with no credit card required. DermInk is designed for anyone planning a tattoo, exploring new pieces, or tattoo artists conducting early design discussions. Generated concepts serve as visual briefs to discuss with tattoo artists, who then adapt the final design for the specific body placement and technique.

FAQ

Is the DermInk AI tattoo generator free to try?

Yes. New accounts receive 30 free credits, enough to generate three standard 1K tattoo concepts. No credit card is required. Welcome credits expire 30 days after they are issued.

Can I use the AI tattoo generator from text?

Yes. You can start with a short sentence or a detailed prompt. Include the subject, style, body area, scale, color, and anything you want to avoid.

What tattoo styles can I create?

DermInk includes 20+ presets, such as Fine Line, Blackwork, Japanese, Realism, Chicano, Geometric, and Watercolor. You can also describe another style in your prompt.

How many credits does each image use?

Credits are charged per generated image: 10 for 1K, 15 for 2K, and 30 for 4K. Text-to-image generation and reference-image editing use the same rates.

You can write a prompt before signing in. Sign in to generate an image or upload a reference so DermInk can save the task and result to your workspace.
