About Callirra

Callirra is a unified platform for AI image and video generation that brings together leading models like Seedance 2.5, GPT Image 2.5, Kling 3.0, MiniMax H3, Veo 3.1 and others in a single workspace. Instead of managing separate subscriptions for each model, users access all models through one credit pool with transparent costs shown before generation.

The platform emphasizes predictable billing with credits as the only unit of currency. Free accounts receive 18 credits in the first week and 15 weekly thereafter. Paid plans range from $9.90/month (Starter with 800 credits) to $149/month (Max-L with 18,000 credits), with quarterly and yearly options offering discounts. One-time credit packs provide flexible top-ups valid for 12 months.

Callirra prioritizes user protection through several key features: failed generations are automatically refunded, credit costs are shown before committing to a generation, unused plan credits do not roll over but packs remain valid for a year, and commercial usage rights are included with paid subscriptions. The platform maintains content safety through input screening and additional checks before delivery, with a 7-day refund policy on unused credits.

FAQ

Do yearly plans grant a full year of credits upfront?

No. Yearly plans still issue credits monthly, and the monthly credit amount matches the corresponding monthly tier. The yearly plan lowers the total price, but does not pre-release twelve months of credits at once.

Can you buy credits without a subscription?

You need a paid subscription first: credit packs unlock after your first subscription and stay purchasable afterwards, even once that subscription has ended. Credit packs stay valid for 1 year.

Do unused credits roll over, or do they expire every month?

Plan credits cover the current billing period and reset when the next period starts — unused plan credits do not carry over. One-time credit packs work differently: they stay valid for 1 year from purchase and are only used after your plan quota is spent.

Are failed generations refunded automatically?

Yes. If a generation fails on Callirra's side, the credits are automatically returned. If you see a failed task that was not refunded correctly, contact support@callirra.com.

What is the refund policy?

Within 7 days of purchase, you can request a refund for the unused portion of your credits. Contact support@callirra.com to start the request.
