How does the subscription work?

Subscriptions are €20 per active agent per month, or €200 per year (ten months for twelve). One subscription per company with a single renewal date. Each agent added mid-period is charged pro rata and includes 1,000 inference credits per month, with additional inference metered on the same bill or using your own provider keys. There is no setup fee.

How does the agent limit work?

Your plan sets how many agents can exist at once; each licence holds one agent until you terminate it, which is irreversible. An agent paused at the end of a trial holds no licence. A licence added mid-period is charged pro rata.

Who builds and maintains the agents?

You do. You create each agent on the platform, brief it and set its scope and permissions. Atako runs it and provides the integrations, the inference, the permissions and the audit trail.

Are there risks to know about before starting?

An agent acts, so it can act wrongly. That is what the scope, the permissions and the human notices are for: an agent works only inside the perimeter you grant it, every action it takes is traced, and anything outside that perimeter comes back to you as a question before it happens.
