- You may receive a refund of unused licence charges, prorated over the UTC days remaining in the paid year, minus a $300 issuance fee, and never less than zero.

- Yes. The source is public and you can read it, build it, and change it for your own use. You cannot redistribute it without written permission or use it to build a competitor to ADI.
