What is the refund policy?
How refunds work on Best Digital Launch, what happens when a listing is taken down, and your statutory rights.
Updated
The rule
Once you have paid, the sale is final. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The reason decides
A take-down always comes with a reason, and the reason sets whether you are refunded. Our decision or our mistake means a full refund of everything paid for the listing, sent automatically to the original payment method, with a credit note. When a listing broke the terms or the acceptable use policy, nothing is refunded: not the listing, not a multi-site purchase's listing, not the add-ons. In that case everything paid for the listing comes off the site and you are told.
Special cases
With a multi-site purchase, a take-down by our decision on one site refunds that site's share only; the other listings stay up. For crypto payments we ask for a wallet address and then refund by hand.
Disputed payments
If a payment is disputed or reversed, everything bought with that order is taken down while the dispute is open, and can be restored if it is resolved in our favour.
After a refund
First-order promo codes become usable again after a full refund. With two Featured orders on one listing, refunding one takes off only its own days; the other order keeps its days. A refunded sponsorship's dates go back on sale.
